| As far as I can tell there are now level or subscription based parameter to becoming a citizen of a city and I was attempting to join during the first three days of the month but I kept receiving the error message that you can only change your citizenship for the first three days of the month. Does anyone know if it's even possible to become a citizen of a city on this world yet? |
