You have the wrong idea.  What you're thinking is merely the window in the corner that people can watch the Chat through. The Chatbar is a different function - if you go to W1 or W1 you will notice a Bar along the bottom of your screen, with options to check your Friends list and which of them are online, quicklinks you can add to it to quickly jump to certain areas of the game, links to the Newbie Chat and other Chat Rooms, and a pop-up window to the GC Shop.Since Day 1 here there has been no sight of it, so I presume it is one of the functions that needs restoring here. Whether you'd call it a Bug or not, I'm unsure, but the problem is there. |
